Shipping Fees

A flat shipping rate of $9.95 per order applies for all orders within Australia, irrespective of weight and size.  Yes, that means you can order as much as you want, and it will be a flat fee of $9.95.  For orders outside of Australia, standard international shipping fees apply - we will see your international address and send you a postal quote for your approval before any payment is processed.


We always aim to get your order shipped within 48 hours. We use Direct Freight and Australia Post as our trusted shipping partners.

Online Shopping

If you have any trouble placing an order online, please give us a call or send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We reserve the right to not supply an order; if this is the case, we will provide a full refund.


All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST tax. If you’re ordering from outside Australia, the GST tax will be removed.


You’ll need to pay for your order by credit card. We use a secure processing system with SSL to keep your details safe.

Refunds and Returns

If you would like to return an item that you purchased on the Koh Living website, please give us a call, and we will talk you through the steps. Call free within Australia on 1800 811 598 or from overseas on +61 3 9770 4189.

We always aim to get back to you within one working day. If you’ve got an urgent timeframe or an event, please let us know and we’ll endeavour to speed up the process.

If you’re not happy with your purchase or you feel it’s not what you ordered, please let our customer care team know and we will sort out a return, exchange, or refund. We appreciate any feedback.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ll happily refund or exchange your product for you – providing it’s in the same condition and within 14 days of purchase. The only downside is we do not cover return shipping fees.

Make sure you retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has arrived safely as we may need to follow up if we don’t receive your package. Please note only items purchased on the Koh Living website can be returned to for refund or exchange. Items purchased from a retail partner store must be returned to their original point of purchase.
